Emperor Penguins, 2020
I came across an article reporting thousands of Emperor penguin chicks drowning due to the sea-ice breaking up too early. They need an icy platform strongly intact from April till December for chicks to develop the right feathers for swimming. It was sad and devastating to read the article and motivated me to be more environmentally conscious. This happy penguin family is a reminder for myself to do my part to help them.
